We don't deliver across a Statement-of-Work boundary. Our engineers join your standups, push to your repo, get paged on your incidents. The work that comes out is your work — our names just sit next to your engineers' names in the PR history.
Senior engineers cost more and ship 10× more. The math works — especially with AI tooling amplifying the seniors. Our default team shape is small and dense, not pyramid-shaped.
Claude Code, Cursor and agentic tooling are amplifiers, not replacements. The senior in the seat is still the person on the hook. We use AI the way our engineers actually work today — not as a thing we sell to clients.
Engineering lives in Lisbon. No offshore arms, no subcontracting, no rotating bench. The person on your project this week is on your project next quarter. That continuity is the entire deal.

The €300K we talk you out of is our best sales pitch. If the answer is "you already have this off-the-shelf" or "this problem isn't the bottleneck", we say so. Long client relationships are built on that honesty more than on any feature shipped.
